CSC IDs are blocked due to the following 3 reasons
1) Multiple CSC IDs linked to one bank account.
2) Name mismatch ( CSC & Bank a/c)
3) Non transacting VLE. ( Mainly 3 types: Non transacting for 6 months, 3 months and no balance in wallet. )
CSC SPV technical team is working on a mechanism to facilitate update / corrections for activating the blocked IDs. VLEs to kindly wait until then. There is no need to panic.
Meantime requesting all VLEs to ensure their name in addhaar and PAN is same to avoid future trouble. VLEs to check the below link to know the reason for deactivation or deletion.
