CSC reopening – Guidelines & contact details of 24 VLEs enggaged in MASK production
Please be ready with mask and sanitizer before you reopen CSC on Monday. Do follow social distancing and safety directions. Pls note that 95% of CSCs reopening on Monday will be our CSCs. Hence no complaint should be reported from field.
We have got this statewide letter after we assured the state officials that there will not be any safety deviations / complaints.
DM/DC and officials from collectorate will conduct surprise audits to ensure their is strict compliance of following safety guidelines by all CSCs.
1. VLE and maximum one operator(if required) is allowed in the centre. They should maintain a distance of 3 feet between them.
2. VLE and Operator should always wear face mask and hand gloves.
3. Citizens entering the centre should have face cover/mask.
4. VLEs and Operator should use sanitizer often for their safety.
5. Citizens should be given sanitizer to wash their hands as soon as they enter the CSC.
6. VLE should clean table , chairs e.t.c once in every 30 minutes.
7. VLE is responsible for queue maintaining and they should ensure social distancing.
8.Give importance to digital payment and try to avoid cash payment.
