CSC URGENT NOTIFICATION REGARDING PVR
All Aadhaar PECs must submit PVR (Police Verification Report) separately for the VLE and their each Operator before 25.01.2018. If you fail to submit, your PEC would be permanently de-registered.

1. All original PVRs should be submitted to your respective District CSC Coordinators (UIDAI Executives).
2. Mention your CSC ID, Aadhaar no., Block, PS, District, UID Certificate no. & Mobile no. in a separate page and attach with the PVR before submission.
