eCourt Services for citizens is now available through CSC Digitalseva Portal
VLEs can now deliver eCourt Services through CSCs to citizens. The service is live on Digital Seva Portal. Citizens can avail this service through CSCs by paying a nominal amount of Rs. 5.
What is e-Court Service?
e-Court Services will enable people, litigants and others to access information about court case anytime and anywhere. The Citizen can know about status and details of their cases through this service.
How to avail the Service?
CNR is a unique number given to cases in District Courts of India. You can get CNR number from any copy of the order or com[plaint of your case. Generally it is written over every order. You can go to the court room on the date of hearing and ask the concerned reader of judge to tell you the CNR number written on the file. The case number allows easy and unique reference to specific civil and criminal cases. It is used to identify the year the case was filed, and the judicial officer(s) to whom it is assigned.
CRN number is 16 digit Alphanumeric (i.e, MHAU019999992015)
