Flight Ticket Booking Facilities Through CSCs Digital Seva
VLEs now have the opportunity to earn handsome amount with every flight booking services through CSC portal and creating a hassle free experience for the customers needing the services.
VLE can now earn a commission on all non-commissionable tickets booked from CSC portal from Rs.100 to Rs.150/. depending upon Domestic or International flight bookings. Apart from this, VLEs can also earn commission provided by the different airline services.
CSC has already refunded Rs.7.25 lacs to all the VLEs who had booked Jet Airways, as Jet services crumbled down on 18/04/2019 and the deposited amount unfortunately failed to be returned by the services under heavy financial constraints. CSC has successfully refunded the amount towards flight booking under Jet Airways, travel dates 18th onwards till Dec 2019.
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
Travel + Right ticket + Queue+ Travel Ticket queue + fill PNR no & Booking+ Apply+ Click on Change Request + Refund + Select Traveller Name + Enter Remarks + Enter Remarks “Please cancel this ticket and process refund”+ SEND REQUEST
In case fiight was missed, VLE needs to follow cancellation procedure but remarks should be given as “NO SHOW”+ SEND REQUEST
In case of emergency, traveler can also cancel ticket from airline offices. In this instance. VLE has to submit online refund request Travel + Flightticket + Queue+ Travel Ticket queue + fill PNR no & Booking+ Apply+ Click on Change Request+ Refund + Select Traveller Name + Enter Remarks “Ticket has already been cancelled from airline office, process refund as per airline policy”+ SEND REQUEST
