Account Rejection and Partially Captured Reasons
Partially Captured Lead- The Lead falls under this bucket when Journey is left incomplete, Application is not submitted successfully or sent for modification.
Actionable – VLE needs to enquire with the customer whether any modification link is received on their email ID to reinitiate the journey & guide them accordingly.
□ Rejected Lead– The Demat Account application is rejected majorly due to any of the below reasons:-
o Address is not matching with given Address proof.
o Pan Image uploaded is not clear.
o The applicant has not verified their email address.
o Photo with holding PAN card not uploaded.
o Customer Signature not matching with PAN Card.
Actionable – VLE needs to enquire with the customer on any rejection status received on their email ID, if yes VLE have to generate fresh lead again for the customer.
