New Business Premium Acceptance at CSC centers (SRIRAM LIFE INSURANCE)
We happily announce that you can also do New Business Premium Receipt Acceptance for Sriram Life Insurance through there representative coming at your centers to deposit the cash and generate receipts on Digital Seva Portal.
All you have to do is to Logon to Digital Seva Portal with your credentials and select Insurance Tab. Then you have to click on “Policy Payment” from the various sub menus provided for various products.
Once you click on policy Payment tab, the below screen will open up in front of you
All you have to do is click on Shriram Life Insurance (New Business Receipt) and fill details like receipt Number and mobile Number, click on fetch bill.
The payment will be done through your wallet and Shriram Life Representative will hand over the collection to you for generating receipts.

Sriram sales executive will approach the CSC center
The parameter which Shriram sales executive will provide for New Business is there receipt no (New Proposal Deposit receipt) which is raised through mobile/Tab
Receipt No: is in 15 digit (502520180800300) numeric for example
After entering receipt number at the CSC center, you will receive receipt number, customer name, Receipt amount from Shrilife service
The Sriram Sales Executive will hand over cash and you need to top up your wallet and make payment through your wallet.
