Now VLEs can Access CIBIL Service through Digitalseva Portal
Login into Digitalseva Portal and select CIBIL Service on Dashboard.
VLE should enter customer details and submit consent.
After proceeding, generate and authenticate the details via OTP received on the customers Aadhaar linked mobile and e-mail address.
Post Successful authentication, the report details will be made available.
At this point, the VLE should point out the consent to the customer and take a print out and save a signed copy of the same.
The charges are subscription based at Rs 200 only and it is valid for 1 year or 12 Reports whichever is early.
Note : If CIBIL Score is not generated for the customer, that means the credit history is not available with CIBIL and the customer should try again after availing any consumer loan.
