Enrolment of Non Loanee farmer’s for PMFBY Rabi 2018-19 has been started on Digital Seva Portal – Government – Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana for Tamilnadu, Odisha & Maharashtra.
Remaining states will start appearing in PMFBY portal as soon as State Agriculture Dept. digitized crops on PMFBY Portal.
Pls Note : CSC has received many complaints from Insurance Companies regarding uploading of wrong docs, bank statements & low quality of scanning in last PMFBY Season of Kharib 2018, even wrong/another farmers docs were uploaded by some VLEs.
These proposals may be subject to Rejection by insurance companies & premium will be refunded to the Farmer’s bank account.
In this Season please enrol Non Loanee Farmers with considering below points :
Do’s
- Upload CORRECTdocs only.
- Scanned documents should be CLEAR.
- Scanned documents should be READABLE.
- Do ONLY ONEtransaction of every farmer for their multiple crops, Use Add Crops option.
Don’ts
- Don’t charge any extra amountfrom the Farmer except premium mentioned on Acknowledgement Receipt.
- Low quality scan docs may subject to rejectionby Insurance Companies & VLEs should be held liable for these Rejections.
- Don’t create Fresh entry of different Cropsof single Farmer. Use Add Crops option in single application.
IMPORTANT NOTE : In case if any VLE found doing above mentioned Don’ts, CSC will disable PMFBY Service of those VLEs instantly. This is a strict instruction from CEO Desk.
