Main decisions taken at the meeting are as follows:
ISSUE ) All VAOs are deputed for GAJA cyclone affected areas hence farmers are are finding it difficult to get Adangal from VAO for PMFBY.
SOLUTION – It was decided to authorize Assistant Agricultural Officers (AAOs) of Department of Agriculture to issue cultivation certificate in place of Adangal for non- loanee farmers / sowing certificate in case of prevented sowing.

The department has requested all COMMON SERVICE CENTERS to guide farmers in this regard.
