Do’s for Enrolment in PMSYM
1.The Aadhaar Number entered should be valid and unique.
2. The name, year of birth a and gender of the subscriber must be same as that mentioned in the Subscriber Aadhaar Card.
3. The mobile number must be a working number as the OTP would be sent on the same.
4. Subscriber must provide a consent to authenticate with Aadhaar based authentication system.
5. For OTP generation, subscriber can continuously attempt for three times after the minimum gap of 30 seconds. If unsuccessful, subscriber must log out from the application and login over again for the enrolment.
6.If age of the subscriber is below 18 years, subscriber must provide the guardian’s name.
7. Subscriber must fill valid IFSC code and Verify the same.
8. For uploading the siggnned and scanned copy of the application cum mandate form following are important points to be kept in mind
- Only jpeg andd jpg format are allowed.
- The file size must be between 150 KB and 750 KB
9. The button to upload the form will only be enabled if the selected file the above mentioned format.
10. All the details provided d by the Subscriber should be correct and true

- The subscriber should neither be a member/beneficiary of NPS/ESIC/EPFO.
- He / She should not be aan Income tax payer.
- The Subscriber should not provide incorrect information.
- He / She should not provide invalid IFSC code.
- The Subscriber should not be earning more than Rs 15,000 per month.
Important points for the VLEs
1. The VLE should ensure e that he/she is not storing any Aadhaar data or any other information of thee subscriber.
2. The VLE should take the e consent of the Subscriber for authenticating him/her with Aadhaar based d authentication system.
3. The consent should be explained by the VLE to the Subscriber in his/her local language.
4. The VLE should not overcharge the Subscriber for the service provide
