Registration of Aadhaar Demographic Service (UCL) is Live Now
This is to inform you that registration of Aadhaar Demographic Update
service is open now. So those who have BC point under CSC can apply for UCL.
VLEs can register for this service from this URL: https://eseva.csccloud.in/ucl/
Mandatory requirements:
• VLE Bank BC Code & Name of Bank issuing BC Code
• Aadhaar NSEIT Operator/Supervisor certificate
• Operator/Supervisor Police Verification Copy not more than 3 months old
• Operator/Supervisor Aadhaar
• Separate Laptop with TPM 2.0 Chip (Trusted Platform Module) and Colour Multifunction Printer for UCL
• Single IRIS & fingerprint scan device available
• GPS device
TFT Monitor
• Waiting area space for sitting of 5 citizens
• Broadband Connection
• CCTV Camera
• RAMP and Wheelchair for Divyang
• Token System/Machine
• Toilet Facility
BC VLEs may start registering for the service.
