Reverted / Returned applications PMFBY Rabi 2020-21
The attached list of PMFBY applications (14,721) have been Reverted by Insurance Companies due to mismatch in information or wrong information filled by VLE.
Common Reasons for applications getting reverted / returned –
Sowing certificate not stamped
2) VAO Certi/ ADA certificate missing
3) Adangal missing
4) Crop mismatch
5)Document missing
6) Document cannot be opened
7) Mismatch of Name of farmer, revenue village , insured area e.t.c
Requesting VLEs to verify the reverted cases and rectify and resubmit these applications within 10 days to avoid Rejection of these policies by Insurance Companies.
Please note that no charges are paid to VLE/CSC SPV for such applications. Further, the amount will be recovered from each VLE’s for rejected applications.
Request you to get the applications rectified and resubmitted on priority.
