Swachchta Abhiyan Activity through CSCs on February 14-15
Government is observing Swachh Bharat Pakhwada during February 1 to 15, 2020. CSC has decided to conduct a 2 day activity drive to implement the Swachh Bharat Mission at grass-root level with the help of our VLEs
Day 1: February 14
VLEs are requested to conduct Cleanliness Drive and clear solid waste in their locality, neighbourhood Schools, water bodies, public places etc.
VLEs will organize groups of citizens and take a pledge to recycle electronic items and dispose of eWaste responsibly.

Day 2: February 15
VLEs will promote women’s health and hygiene in the community through Stree Swabhiman program by focusing on the use of Sanitary Napkins for women. Create awareness on use of sanitary napkins among the women in the villages. Educating them about the modes of disposing the used napkins and promote hygiene.
Government of India is on a mission to achieve a complete open defecation free country. VLEs will engage village youth and studets to take out cycle rally for promoting open defecation free village.
