UIDAI compliance on Biometric devices enabled for VLE’s who has purchased or received the Morpho device from CSC only.
As per UIDAI compliance all the Biometric devices should be RD services enabled for proper functioning so we have created a platform in which our CSC VLE’s can register their Morpho Biometric devices through our Digitalseva portal. This service is only for those VLE’s who has purchased or received the Morpho device from CSC only. We request you to please go through the enclosed process for registering the devices under CSC platform.(Kindly refer enclosed attachment Reg.Via CSC Portal Aadhaar Registered Device).Please share this information to all the VLE’s under your respective control.
For those VLE’s who has purchased the device from local market they can buy RD services directly through Morpho Institution from below given link.

Also all the BCA’s/CSP’s to register their details on the given link so that we can verify the details of Fingerprint scanners and their RD services. This is a mandatory for all of the BCA’s/CSP’s .

All the Internet explorer needs to be updated I.E 11 for all banks and this activity should be done before RD services. If internet explorer isn’t updated due to technical glitches then it simply means that Service pack is un-available in the system. In that case use the given links for upgrading into Service Pack 1.
