CSC VLEs TO EMAIL THEIR DETAILS FOR CANCELLATION TO CSC SPV TILL THE TIME CANCELLATION PROBLEM IS RESOLVED
CSC e-Governance Services India Limited requests all VLEs to send their cancellation requests to CSC SPV on email IDs devesh.kumar@csc.gov.in, sandeep.attri@csc.gov.in.
VLEs can also send mails directly to etickets@irctc.co.in from their registered email IDs only for cancellations. All VLE to ensure that there is good amount of time left while mailing the same for cancellation.
Every VLE to remember the following:
1. Email should be sent only from the registered email IDs of VLEs or else the request will not be considered
2. VLE to mention their CSC ID and IRCTC Agent code on email.
3. VLE to mention PNR details along with destination details
4. VLE to clearly mention for the persons details whose ticket needs to be cancelled: name, age, Sex
This service will be available till the time the present problem is resolved. Once rectified, the previous process will resume.
