Economic survey 2019 – Information on registration
We are making some changes in the Economic Census 2019 Registration portal for registration of VLEs, Enumerators and Supervisors (Pl refer attached screenshots).
The key points are as follows:-
People who have already made registration may edit the registration details for VLEs, Enumerators and Supervisors.
The changes are to take place in the following segments:-
1.VLE who have not done demo auth to demo auth themselves first.
2. Only VLE can be supervisor. So any VLE who have not registered themselves as supervisor must register themselves as supervisors
3. VLEs who have registered themselves as enumerators must edit their profile to supervisors
4. VLEs who have registered other people as supervisor must change those people to enumerator or delete those people.
5. VLEs who have registered themselves in other districts or states must change it to their state and district only. Else any mismatch in their actual district and registered district will be deleted by CSC SPV.
6. VLE must register the actual mobile number of enumerator and supervisors. There should not be any duplicate mobile numbers. All duplicates will be disabled to work. Mobile numbers are being verified by OTP.
7. VLE in rural areas can register up to 10 enumerators and VLEs in urban can register up-to 50 enumerators.
8. Minimum Qualification for Enumerator is Tenth
9. For all new registration, (general) OTP to be send to registered mobile number
10. Ensure that the photographs uploaded for enumerator and supervisor are correct. If VLE has made mistakes then they can edit it now. Any malicious/ duplicate upload of photos shall lead to deletion of CSC VLE registration for ECI operations.
11. This window for editing is open for only one week 5 days(19 March 2019). Hence please complete the edition and up-dations at the earliest.
12. SMSes are being sent to the VLEs. ALL the registered VLEs and enumerators and Supervisors are requested to update at the earliest.
