Guidelines Issued by FSSAI for Registration of Food Business Operators
Auto generation of Registration certificate upon filling of application for registration stands discontinued.
On filling of application and payment thereof application will go for scrutinization which needs to be completed by FSSAI within 7 days .
If registration is not granted or denied or inspection is not ordered within 7 days ,on 8th day of submission of application ,Registration certificated will be auto generated and copy of registration certificated can be printed.
In case where an inspection is ordered within 7 days, Registration certificate shall be granted within period of 30 days, if Registration certificate is not granted or denied or no decision is communicated within 30 days ,Registration certificate will be auto generated on 31st day and copy of registration certificated can be printed.
