Mandatory MAC UTILITY installation in PAN CARD UTIITSL service
This is in reference to the PAN card service provided by CSCs.
UTIITSL is going ahead with MAC ID implementation. The time line has been extended till 30th September 2019 onwards after that VLE will not be able to do transaction without Mac Utility installation.
Accordingly VLEs may access to the Application through the only two specific Machines for transactions. To continue with the smooth functioning of the services arrange to download the package at your systems and follow the installation manual as available at UTIITSL Portal or follow the below link for installation Purpose.
Note: – It is mandatory by both NSDL and UTIITSL that the ink signed hard copy of all the documents required for the PAN card i.e. Form 49, address proof, photo ID etc and submitted to service provider. ]
