Defence Pension Services—–Defence Accounts Department, Ministry of Defence- Services are Live Now with CSC’s Digital Seva Portal.
VLEs can assist all Defence Pensioners for Defence Pension Services:—
i) Pensioner Data Verification (PDV)
(ii) Annual Identification through Digital or Manual Life Certificate
(iii) Lodging of Grievance
(iv) Registering Service Request
(v) Providing information against queries.
(vi) Request for initiation of family pension on demise of pensioner
These Services are Free for all Defence Pensioner (Army, Navy, Airforce and Defence Civilians). VLEs have to provide Services Free of Cost.
CSC SPV will be paying directly to all CSCs on transactions basis.
