LIFE INSURANCE RENEWAL SERVICE -DIGITAL SEVA PORTAL
The service of Life Insurance Renewal is available to all VLE’s. To avail this service VLE’s does not have to pass any exam.
With this service VLE’s can accept renewal premium payments of Life Insurance policies of the following companies –
LIC, SBI Life, DHFL Life, HDFC Life, ICICI Prudential Life, Max Life, SBI Life, Sahara Life, TATA AIA Life, Aviva Life, Bajaj Allianz Life
More companies will be added in future.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO BE KEPT IN MIND
- Policies whose premium is up to Rs 49,999 can only be paid through CSC portal. Any policy whose premium amount is more than Rs 49,999, then its payment cannot be made through CSC. If any VLE has loaded their wallet to pay premium of more than this limit, then there is no provision to refund that money to their bank account.
- The payments made are updated by Insurance companies against policies on next working day of transaction date. In some cases it may take 2-3 days as well from payment date. If a payment is made between Friday to Sunday, then payment will be updated on next working day which is Monday.
- VLE’s get instant earning for the successful payment made through the CSC wallet.
- Receipt will only be generated if the transaction is successful. The option to re-generate duplicate receipt is available till 15 days from date of transaction.
- VLE’s should maintain a minimum balance of Rs 1000 in their wallet. If the premium amount is Rs 2000, then their wallet balance should be Rs 3000 at the time of transaction.
PROCESS TO DOWNLOAD DUPLICATE RECEIPT
IF transaction is successful then to generate receipt follow these steps
- VLE should select the order option on left side menu
- click on the “details” option of the desired txn
- On the right side bottom they shall be able to see download invoice option and on clicking it receipt should be generated
