CSC recharge services can be accessed through digitalseva portal by visiting digitalseva.csc.gov.in
Click on Telecom Services and then choose prepaid or post paid recharge services
Then choose the mobile operator from the available operators
Enter the mobile number you want to recharge and select the plan and proceed to payment through digitalseva portal wallet.
