Details required for e-seva/eDistrict ID ( Kind attn Tamil Nadu VLEs)
We require details of ACTIVE CSCs for creating eDistrict ID ( Second list ) for Tamil Nadu. VLEs may provide the CORRECT CSC details through the appended link. Below given google form should be filled before (25-03-2019). Providing your correct CSC details in the google form is your own responsibility.
You cannot blame your VLE association or DC if your application is rejected due to wrong information
Kindly note that around 1000 CSC details got rejected from the 1st eDistrict list due to wrong information provided by VLEs. Please provide the correct information otherwise your eDistrict ID request will get rejected
Undertaking to be submitted to DC before 25th March 2019 by VLEs who already received eDistrict ID
All VLEs who already received eDistrict ID in the 1st list should submit the signed undertaking to DC before 20th March 2019. Failure to submit will result in deactivation of your ID.
