Details required for e-seva/eDistrict ID ( Kind attn Tamil Nadu VLEs) – 2 nd List ( Guidelines for applying)
Tamil Nadu VLEs, Please find below guidelines for applying Tamil Nadu eDistrict ID.
1.பெயரை ஆதார் அட்டையில் உள்ள படி பதிவு செய்யவும்.
2. Last Name (தந்தையின் பெயரை மட்டும் பதிவிடவும்)
3. வார்டு எண் (( உதாரணம் – வார்டு01 என்று பதிவு செய்யவும்). வெறும் எண்ணை மட்டும் பதிவு செய்யக்கூடாது.
4. Locality – (நகரத்தில் உள்ளவர்கள் பகுதியை பதிவு செய்யவும்).( கிராமத்தில் உள்ளவர்கள் N/A என்று பதிவு செய்யவும்)
5. Taluk- வட்டம், Revenue Village – வருவாய் கிராமம், Block- வட்டாரம், கிராமத்தின் பெயரை அரசிதழில் உள்ளதை போன்று பதிவு செய்யவும்.
6. CSC ID ( சரியான எண்ணை பதிவு செய்யவும்)
7. Latitude and Longitude ( Google map-ல் உங்கள் மையம் (Center) இருக்கும் இடத்தைதேர்வு செய்யவும். Map- ல் காண்பிக்கும் Latitude and Longitude இங்கு பதிவு செய்யவும்.) (உதாரணம்- 12.54336 & 78.356283)
If you want to make any correction after submitting the Google form, you may then again enter your mail id and try to update the details in Google form itself.
