Digipay Deposit, Withdraw VLE Payment Settlements :
1) VLEs are advised to full sync their DigiPay passbook everyday to avoid any confusion.
2) VLEs must print hard copy of the receipt or store soft copy of all transactions to avoid any future dispute with customer.
3) To get closing balance/day end balance of DigiPay, VLE must perform Payout transaction.
4) Payout transaction amount will also get settled on T + 1 (working day) basis. If amount doesn’t get settle then please update correct bank details in DigiPay profile.
5) In deposit decline scenario the deducted amount will automatically be credited in VLE’s DigiPay balance on T+2(Working day) basis.
In case amount does not reflect in passbook, please follow the below mentioned process
(a) Log in DigiPay
(b) Click on Passbook
(c) Full Sync ledger from date of transaction to till date (Day by Day)
(d) Click on “Go” and then check all your transaction in Digipay Passbook
(e) Deposit decline transaction will reflect in DigiPay passbook with same RRN of decline transaction
