Guidelines on Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana

PM KISAN is central government scheme to provide income support to all landholding farmers’ families in the country, having cultivable land.

All the farmers are eligible in the scheme except below mentioned categories in the image.

The financial benefit of 6000 per year will be provided to all the eligible farmers in three equal installments of Rs. 2000 each in every four months.

In this scheme the fund is directly transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.

Beneficiaries can visit nearby CSC to get enrolled in the scheme.

To do enrollments VLE can search PM KISAN on digital seva portal or by clicking CSC login available on https://pmkisan.gov.in/ .

Services available through CSC are:

– New registration of farmers

– Correction of farmer’s name as per their aadhar card details.

– Beneficiaries can check the status of their registration.

The following. information is required of farmer for registration:

Name, Age, Gender & Category

Aadhaar Number

Bank account & IFSC

Mobile number 

Land records

• Through “correct your aadhaar details” option, VLE can correct farmer’s name as per their Aadhaar card.
• Farmers can check the status of corrected adhaar details through “Know your beneficiary” option.
• VLEs can check the status of farmer’s registration through “Status Registered Farmer” option.
• If farmers need to correct information like account details, aadhar or other details, they have to contact their agriculture state department.
• After successful registration, the application goes for approval at state & district level which may takes a month.
• If in any case, the VLEs were unable to make the payment of the enrolment they can click on “make payment” option to complete the registration.
