New Features in Digipay 3.0 version
- VLE has to use his/her Aadhaar No and CSC ID to complete the registration.
2. After registration, VLE has to login into his/her Digipay using CSC ID and Biometric authentication.
3. New Feature Wallet recharge has been introduced in which VLE can recharge his/her Digital Seva wallet.
4. Transaction receipts are also being stored after every transaction in the System automatically. To access the stored transaction receipt follow the path

5.VLEs have to keep minimum Digipay balance of Rs 5,000 as security. After maintaining Rs 5,000 in Digipay Balance, VLE can send the payout request of more than Rs 2,500
6. Payout Request amount will be transferred in VLE’s account which has been updated in Digital Seva portal.
7.All VLEs have to sign Digipay Affidavit and Indemnity Bond on Rs 100 and submit it to CSC District managers before 31st September 2018.
