For CSC VLE delivering PAN service, it is mandatory by both NSDL & UTIITSL that the ink signed hard copy of all the supporting documents required for the PAN card are submitted to service provider.
List of Supporting Document to be submitted in hard copy: –
- Form 49, • Address proof, • photo ID etc are submitted to service provider.
VLEs are notified to clear their pendency by sending hard copy of supporting document to NSDL & UTIITSL immediately.
In Case of NSDL PAN Pendency
VLEs who are yet to share the documents (NSDL ONLY) may courier the same to below address with PAN application number list in excel format.

In Case of UTITSL PAN Pendency
VLE are required to send PAN supporting documents directly to their respective UTITSL Zonal office.
While sending the document by courier, VLE are required to email the consignment number with PAN application number list in excel format to email id utiitsl.gsd@utiitsl.com .
