Register yourself at pmjay.cscloud.in and get your CSC Id activated forPMJAY – Ayushman Bharat service. VLE should follow the below process to get the service activated.
Registration Process:
- Login using your CSC Id and Password at pmjay.csccloud.in
- Provide your details to complete the registration
- A message of successful registration will be displayed over screen saying“Your application is under approval and you can login to BIS portal upon successful approval”. Estimated approval time of application is from 1 to 7 days.
- A SMS will be sent on registered mobile number after activation of Ayushman Bharat Service.
BIS Validation Process:
- VLE to search the beneficiary by Name, Ration card and other criteria option given in BIS application.
- VLE should do eKYC of beneficiary.
- VLE should upload beneficiary’s scanned documents. Preferred documents Aadhar, Ration Card, Voter Id Card and other Government Id proof only. No hand written documents will be accepted.For documents in J&K, please refer Annexure I.
- After eKYC of beneficiary, request will be submitted to State Government for approval.
- After approval, VLE can download the golden card by clicking “Approved Beneficiaries” and get the printout of Golden Card.
- VLE should provide laminated golden card printout to the beneficiary.
Important Guidelines for VLEs:
VLE should strictly follow the below instructions for providing Ayushman Bharat service through their Common Services Centres;
o VLE should not charge any fee before printing of Golden Cards.
o VLE should not charge fee more than prescribed i.e Rs 30 for printing and lamination of per card.
o VLE should print the golden cards and laminate it before giving it to beneficiary.
o VLE should do the proper scanning and uploading of documents required for beneficiary validation.Only good quality and legible documents to be uploaded and any illegible document will be rejected.Incase of more than 20 rejections of requested validation, the CSC Id of the VLE will be permanently blocked.VLE can check the rejected beneficiary list by Clicking “Rejected Beneficiaries” option in BIS application.
Incase of any defaults by VLEs on above instructions or VLE involved in any type of fraud activities, FIR will be lodged against him/her along with permanently block of CSC Id.
